Kris and Steph – Passionate About Property and Building Dreams
About Us:
Kris and Steph have been passionate about all things property for as long as they can remember. Steph grew up watching her dad, a builder, craft beautiful family homes across Victoria and Queensland.
Kris’ dad worked as a residential and civil draftsman, sparking his early love for design and construction.

At 19, Kris began his plumbing apprenticeship, diving headfirst into the trade he would come to master.

Steph began her career working part-time in administration for QLD Health. Just one year in, she took on her very first property project—a 2-bedroom terrace home build in the first release of Aura, Caloundra.
​
​
That first build was a dream come true—but her love for property soon had her selling it herself and simultaneously building two more homes.

They’ve been around construction sites for their entire adult lives, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in every aspect of building.

Our Expertise
​Kris holds a full contractor’s plumbing and drainage licence, with mining experience. Steph earned a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting.
Together, they have designed and are about to start building their forever home as Owner Builders—a project they are immensely proud of.

Our Mission
Beyond building homes, Kris and Steph are passionate about helping others. Steph’s Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with their years of hands-on experience, allows them to share knowledge with patience and expertise.
